The building contains 174 furnished apartments, each of which comes with a kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathtub-equipped bathrooms, as well as temperature-and-lighting control and shopping service. The apartment size is at least 100 square meters. Each unit offers a grand view of the surrounding area. Monthly rental rates start at EUR 2,500.

At the opening of the building, Vesteda’s CEO Huub Smeets said, "Amsterdam needs new opportunities that enable expats to combine housing and working." He sees great potential in this new building. "Expats can live near their work, while still finding the peace and quiet that are lacking in the city center.”
